hydropond habaneros 60 days part #2

by Brash on 02/21/2010

This is anew patent pending method of growing all types of plants in a ebb & flow system in perlite. The habanero is pronounced: hah bahn air oh, or, ah bahn air oh, without the leading ‘h’ sound. You’ll hear it said both ways. The habanero is the hottest chile pepper you’ll find in your local grocery stores, and they are very, very hot. The oil in the habanero, as well as many other hot chiles, can be very painful if you get it in your eyes or on open wounds on your hands. Wearing gloves while handling is your best bet. Unripe habaneros are green, but the color at maturity varies. Common colors are orange and red, but white, brown, and pink are also seen. Most habaneros rate 200000 to 300000 Scoville heat units. Yee ha!! That’s hot!! This plant was planted in July of 2008, it measures 45″ from perlite line to the top of the plant & 60″ from top of the plant to the bottom branch. This is a new patent pending method of growing all types of plants in a ebb & flow system in perlite. We have no little grow cups or determined place to grow your plants and larger than aerogarden units. No roots need to be trimmed and you can plant from seeds, also with a built in plant support system, plants can be supported with conventional ground supports. ,can be configured to most sizes and shapes, order yours today from HYDROPOND@GMAIL.COM

hydropond corn @ 60 days part #2

by Brash on 02/17/2010

This is anew patent pending method of growing all types of plants in a ebb & flow system in perlite.Corn Early & Often Hybrid (SE) BURPEE Sugary Enhancer Hybrid (SE). The SE gene (sugary enhancer) means these varieties will stay sweet and tender for 10-14 days after reaching maturity. No need to isolate from other sweet corn. Have fresh, off-the-stalk corn for weeks with this Burpee yellow sweet corn. It was developed just for the home gardener, so it's extra-early and produces 8" ears continuously throughout the early season, but not all at the same time. Ears are 2" in diameter with 14-18 rows of kernels. Height 6'. GARDEN HINTS: Plant corn in blocks, at least 4 rows wide, for cross-pollination and well-filled ears. Grows best in full sun (at least 6 hours of direct sun per day).
