www.fyihydroponics.com Probably the simplest, cheapest, most effective system you can build. The constant supply of air increases the oxygen supply to the roots stimulating exceptional growth. Easy to build (just drill one .25 inch hole!), cheap and works great – what could be better?

We're 60% dont with the construction of this grow room. 16 More buckets will be added to the flowering room in week. 16+ buckets will be added to the Veg room and the small flood and drain table will be put in the seed/clone room. As far as strains go. We currently have Super Lemon Haze, OG Kush, Pure Power Plant, Lemon Skunk, Great White Shark, The Church, White Widow, Snow White and possibly Northern Lights, Rocklock and LA Women. We're waiting to see if those last 3 sprout. So stay tunned. We'll be adding a lot more to this grow. CO2, more lights, more fans and expanding our Hydro system.

www.fyihydroponics.com These newly-planted heirloom tomatoes will do quite well in this highly aerated growing system under 600 watt metal halide lights. Check out my "Ebb & Grow Special Feature" as well to see system explanation and results..

hydroponicsfriend.com This is my first attempt at building my own Hydroponics growing system. So far it works great! I chose the Ebb and Flow because It appeared to be one of the simplest to build. This is constructed mostly of things I had around the house. A used laundry detergent bucket, well washed of course. A Ziploc disposable food container. Aquarium air pump. Tabletop fountain water pump. I had to purchase one foot of tubing, Hydroton pellets, and Net Pots from a Hydroponics store. It was actually fairly easy to build but if you wish for me to explain exactly how I built it, just ask in my comments section. If there is enough interest, I will make video about the construction.
