The Dutch law that covers this part is called the opium law, and it cleary states it’s FORBIDDEN to have, harddrugs as well as softdrugs (which includes marihuana) in your possession. Now the Dutch have this policy which is called gedoogbeleid, which means something like “tolerationpolicy”. So there are guidelines, but it’s still not legal..
