Just wondering, if anyone had a misdemeanor weed conviction prior to medical marijuana, would their conviction be wiped from their record if the become prescribed marijuana? Curious because of my convictions (3 possession cases) and the possibility of medical marijuana in Texas. And that Mendocino Cigar looked killer! O_O
