When is someone going to ask the logical question which cannot be countered:
“What are the additional social costs that would be present if marijuana was legalized?”
Marijuana is not comparable to alcohol or tobacoo because #1 it doesn’t kill or harm you, #2 is not addictive, #3 does not inhibit you the same as either, and #4 is not responsible for dui’s like many people seem to think.
It’s like like people would end up in the emergency room for pot, how does that even happen?!
How can get on tv and strait up lie to people. If you get caught with a dime your getting locked up + court fees+ drug classes= 1 gram this needs to go away
People like this Kevin clown are the people who for these fucked up policies, you can see it in his face when anything negative is brought up about the failed drug war. Like he has pride in what he is doing, when really his evil actions tear apart families and ruin lives.
Its not commercial product, coffee shops are not allowed to promote the use of cannabis, and it did not increase the use, the use of cannabis is many times higher in the states then in the Netherlands.

furthermore, if someone can come home from work and drink some beer or have a cocktail, someone who prefers smoking, should be able to come home and smoke a joint..there’s a blatant double standard.
arnold smoked marijuana before, that’s why he’s liberal about it..he’s experienced the feeling. he’s come out of it with the rational stance that it isn’t too destructive to ones life. many cannabis users can remain functional members of society. it’s no where near as addictive as most drugs, so it definately won’t be as abused. it’s a point of liberty. if people have the choice to drink beer responsibly, why can’t they get the choice to smoke a joint responsibly?
