The argument consistantly given by both the BC and federal government of Canada, against marijuana grow ops, has been their inherent danger, not the herb itself. Now the federal courts have clearly found no such danger, as long as you have your permission slip from the government. Funny how that works, isn’t it?
Grow-ops suddenly declared safe, if you have permit.

right, the gov MM is pretty much junk – at least that is what a friend of mine and licensed MMP told me, besides the fact that it is darn expansive.
The thing is that our government is caught between the interest of 2 groups that seem to have more influence then the Canadian citizen: the pharmaceutical companies and Washington DC.

good thing about supreme court they dont rule on wether the person is guilty or not but wether its constitional so if they rule it as constitional its not legal but tolerated

Most Canadians think the Canada Act will protect them… which is sometimes does… but they forget the Magna Carta is also still very much in effect.
